• What is the cost of therapy?

Each therapy session is 50 minutes and is $140 per session for individuals and $175 per session for Couples and Families. I do not accept insurance, however, I am able to provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company to inquire about their coverage for an out-of-network therapist. I also accept Building Hope scholarships.

  • What is the first step?

If you are interested in possibly working together, please reach out! We will schedule a free, 15 minute phone consultation where we will discuss your current needs and goals and determine if we are a good fit.

  • How often would we meet?

The typical cadence for therapy is meeting once every other week. However, the frequency with which we meet will be determined collaboratively between the two of us.

  • How long does therapy last?

There is no right or wrong answer for this. Some people engage in therapy for a short time to receive support in processing and navigating a current challenge. Other people may commit to therapy for an extended period of time. It is ultimately up to you as the client and the best determination will come from us reflecting and evaluating your progress toward your own unique goals.
